1. How can I place an order?
You can easily make a purchase via our website. Alternatively, you can call or WhatsApp us on 0761224567 or message us via Facebook and Instagram to place the order. We only need your name, contact details and delivery address to confirm the order. You can visit our experience centre too.
2. Where is the experience centre?
We are located at No. 478, 4th floor, High Level Rd, Pannipitiya
3. What are your open times?
We are open from Monday to Saturday from 9am – 6pm and on Sundays from 9am – 4pm. Please note that we are usually closed on Poya days and key public holidays as well as during the April holidays and the first week of January. We update our holidays on the Google profile. You can also call us before planning a visit around these days.
4. What are the products made of?
We use multiple material ranging from melamine, MDF to wood. Details are provided under each of our products.
5. Which areas do you deliver products to?
We mainly deliver within the Western province, Sri Lanka. If you are located outside of the Western province, we recommend that you contact us on 0761224567 to discuss the possibility of a delivery before placing an order.
6. Do you provide a warranty for products?
Yes and the warranty period depends on the product. Please request a detailed warranty statement if needed, when placing the order.
